If something is not right with your installation, please contact us within 7 days of your service date. We will review the concern and work with you to find a fair solution. Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A follow-up visit
- A service adjustment or correction
- A refund, when appropriate
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds May Be Approved For:
- Service Not Completed:We are unable to finish the installation for reasons within our control.
- Quality Issues:The work completed does not match the agreed-upon service.
- Technical Problems:Issues caused during installation that cannot be fixed with a follow-up visit.
Refunds Are Not Offered For:
- Changes in preference after the service is completed
- Problems caused by customer handling after installation
- Issues related to third-party equipment, internet providers, or devices we did not install
- How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details:Include your name, appointment date, service address, and a short description of the issue.
- Review Process:Our team will look into your request and may ask for photos or additional information.
- Outcome:We will let you know whether a refund, a follow-up visit, or another solution applies.
- Refund Processing
- Method:Approved refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during booking.
- Timeframe:Refunds usually take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointmentif you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations made within 24 hoursof the scheduled appointment may incur a $29.99 cancellation fee (or insert your preferred fee).
- If an emergency occurs, let us know—we will do our best to work with you.
